Ten new books have been added to Full STEAM Ahead!, an innovative literacy series for early readers that provides an introduction to STEAM subjects. Expertly leveled text combines with bold images to engage young readers. Key concepts are explained using relatable examples, allowing children to build comprehension and fluency skills as they build their knowledge of STEAM topics. An inquiry-based activity in each book helps children understand how STEAM subjects overlap, and encourages creative problem solving, perseverance, collaboration, and other essential skills. Educator support features are provided in each book, including high frequency and academic word lists and question prompts to build critical thinking and comprehension skills.
