Orders are sent via FedEx Ground. Please allow 2 business days for processing and up to 10 business days for delivery. (Note: Please allow an extra 10 business days when ordering data disks or card kits). If a price cannot be calculated or shows as $0.00, shipping & handling will be added when your order is processed or you can call customer service toll free at 1-800-387-7650 to get a shipping cost estimate.

Note: Please add 10% for shipping and handling (minimum $5.00). All prices include school and library discounts. Prices subject to change without notice.

Returns

Unsold books may be returned in undamaged and resaleable condition, for credit, no less than 120 days after purchase. Advance permission in writing required. Shipping must be prepaid. The customer's account will then be credited in full.
